Each tee is uniquely customized for you, so you have a 2-hour window after purchase to make any design adjustments. Once processing begins, no returns or cancellations are accepted. This tee is made specifically for you and showcases your unique style.
If you provide an incorrect address, we will assist with reprinting, but reshipping will be at your expense.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We strive to begin production on all orders as soon as possible. Depending on the order time, cancellation may be possible if production hasn't started yet. Please contact us at https://vecgo.com/pages/contact to see if changes or cancellations can be made. You have 2 hours after purchase to initiate a cancellation.
How can I return items?
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at https://vecgo.com/pages/contact with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement as soon as possible. Do not return items without prior authorization from our support team. You must cover return shipping costs to our return warehouse.

My item looks different from the online listing
We strive to accurately represent all designs and products, though some listings may use renderings. If your item shows a defect, please send photos and your order ID to our support team for review. If the T-shirt is damaged, email proof (images or videos) within 15 days of receiving the order. After inspection, if the T-shirt is faulty, we will resend it at no additional cost.
Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages
This can occur if (1) the address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier cannot deliver, or (3) the order is refused at delivery. Ensure your address is correctly entered, including all relevant information, abbreviations, street numbers, building/apartment numbers, and route info. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address provided at purchase is incorrect.
